What is your refund policy?

We want you to receive your game in complete and satisfactory condition. If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and may offer a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation. Additional shipping fees may apply. Outside of these circumstances, we do not offer refunds, returns, or trade-ins.
Where do you ship to?

Shipping is available to all 50 U.S. states and territories via USPS. All games are shipped from New York City.
If you are interested in receiving orders outside of the U.S., and are willing to pay higher shipping fees, contact us.
How long does shipping usually take?

Fulfillment usually takes between 1 and 5 days. Shipping usually takes between 4 and 12 days, depending on distance and season. If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, contact us as soon as possible.
