In-stock copies ship within 2–3 business days from New York City via USPS Ground Advantage. Signed copies add about a week for signing and fufillment.

Yes, we've already shipped as far as Japan! International rates are calculated at checkout, and buyers may be responsible for any import duties and/or tariffs.

We currently do not offer in-person pickups, but we are working with the New York Transit Museum to place games on their shelves.

Not at all. The game actually has a slightly altered map than the real subway network, so the playing field is even for everybody.

We take care to pack every game so it arrives complete and in great condition. If something isn't right when your order shows up, please reach out to us at support@visitnycgame.store within 3 days of delivery, and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take a look and get back to you about what we're able to do. Any resolution is handled case by case and at our discretion, and if a replacement or return is arranged, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
