Who am I?

Since before I could walk, I have been obsessed with the intricate subway network beneath New York City. For train nerds: My favorite train is the R142A and R32

One night, before I went to sleep, I had an idea! What if it were possible to use the subway network as a game board? This first iteration was titled Race to Coney Island

The game board was printed on a piece of tabloid paper, and the cards hand-made on index cards. The game pieces were random bits found around my apartment and school.

Then, a year after this first version, I became bored of the same race. I wanted to play with the entirety of the subway! I went to work, designing a new board with more stations and lines, and new gameplay mechanics to make the game more interesting.

A teacher of mine, after playing the game, pulled me aside, and told me how much they enjoyed the game. They said they would want their own copy.

I thought, maybe more people want to play my little train game. I figured out how to print one copy from a company for $150, and now was able to play on a read board with real cards.

Now, I am starting a kickstarter, to mass print 300 copies of the game, because I believe that the game is truly fun and engaging, and has a chance at commercial success.

It is a dream to finally put my game into production and share my creation with the rest of the world.
